Change Your Order Information

You can update the billing address, delivery address, payment method, and more on orders that haven't entered the dispatch process by visiting the Orders section in Your Account.

Important: Orders that have entered the dispatch process can't be modified.
To edit an order from the Order Summary in Your Account:
  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Click the Order Details link for the order you wish to change.
    • To edit orders dispatched by, click Change next to what you want to modify (delivery address, payment method, gift options, etc.).
    • If the order is sold by a Marketplace Seller, you'll only have 30 minutes to make any changes. After this time has lapsed, click on Contact seller to request any changes.

      Note: Sellers can't change the delivery address for you once you've submitted your order. If you need to update the delivery address and the item hasn't dispatched yet, you'll need to request a cancellation and order again.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to change the desired information.
